BD61250MUV is Fan Motor Driver manufactured by ROHM.
Description
BD61250MUV is pre-driver IC to drive single phase H bridge output posed of external MOS FET. The power supply input terminal and the drive output have voltage rating of 40V, so it can be used in a 24V power supply without using voltage drop down circuit.
