BD63030EKV-C Description
BD63030EKV-C is a pre-driver for a 3-phase motor such as an air conditioner blower motor and a battery cooling fan motor. 180° mutation PWM drive minimizes motor drive noise. It has a built-in automatic lead angle control function for high-efficiency drive.
