layout is designedto conform to the requirements
of ECMA 23 and 8,54822and is supplied in sloped form with two shot moulded charcoalgrey keycaps
with white lettering.The switches used in the key-
board are a mechanicaltype, of the same designas
the RSP.C.B.mounting keyboardswitches.Theyare mounted on a double sided,through-holeplated glassfibre P.C.B.c,ompletewithaluminiumsupport and mounting frame. This keyboardmay be fitted into RSkeyboardcase(508-273)whichhasa suitable cut-out.
The keyboard circuit layout is designed to allow access to the switch matrix, via two 16 pin DIL
sockets, for direct memory mapping into a
puter or microprocessorsystem. Alternatively by the addition of the 88 key encoderi.c.(309-509) and four other LSTTLi.c.
