General Description

The F2258 is a low insertion loss Voltage Variable RF Attenuator (VVA) designed for a multitude of wireless and other RF applications.

This device covers a broad frequency range from 50 MHz to 6000 MHz.

In addition to providing low insertion loss, the F2258 provides excellent linearity performance over its entire voltage control and attenuation range.

  • 3 mm x 3 mm, 16-pin QFN package.
