SLG7RN45652 Overview
The SLG7RN45652 provides a small, low power ponent for monly used Mixed-Signal and H-Bridge functions. The SoC is housed in a 2mm x 3mm STQFN package which is optimal for using with small devices. Configurable PWM macrocells in bination with Special High Voltage outputs will be useful for a motor drive or load drive applications.
