General Description

The RT8265 is an asynchronous high voltage buck converter that can support the input voltage range from 4.75V to 24V and the output current can be up to 3A.

The IC provides a Feed-forward Voltage Mode operation to achieve the goal of fast line transient response.

The RT8265 also provides adjustable soft-start to be a flexible solution for customers.
