Description

The RT8298A is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated high side internal power MOSFET and a gate driver for a low side external power MOSFET.

45mΩ Internal High Side N-MOSFET.
Current Mode Control.
600kHz Switching Frequency.
Adjustable Output from 0.8V to 15V.
