RT9033 Description
The RT9033 is a low dropout linear regulator designed for high output current applications with critical performance. The IC responds very fast to step changes in load, which is suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. The RT9033 uses an internal P-MOSFET as the pass device, which does not cause extra GND current in heavy load and dropout condition.
