Overview
The 8KP series of high current uni/bi-directional transient suppressors are designed for A.C. line protection and high power DC bus clamping applications. These devices offer uni/bi-directional port protection from 20 volts to 43 volts.
- Excellent clamping capability.
- Repetition rate (duty cycle): 0.01%.
- Color band denoted cathode except bidirectional.
- 8000W Peak Pulse power capability at 10×1000μs waveform.
- Fast response time: typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR min.
