ZMC52 Series SILICON PLANAR ZENER DIODES Standard Zener voltage tolerance is ±20%. Add suffix “A” for ±10% Tolerance and suffix “B” for ±5% tolerance, Other tolerance, non standard and higher Zener voltages are upon request.
