SGM6013 Overview
The SGM6013 is a 1.6MHz, constant frequency, current mode, synchronous, step-down switching regulator. It can deliver 800mA load current from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage, and output voltage can be as low as 0.6V. High switching frequency minimizes the sizes of inductor and capacitor.
