The SGM6132 is a current-mode buck converter with an internal power MOSFET switch. This device has an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 22V and a fixed switching frequency of 1.4MHz. It can efficiently provide up to 3A output load current over a wide input supply range from 4.5V to 28.5V wi.
