SGM6600 Description
The SGM6600 is a 1.2MHz, constant frequency, current mode, synchronous, step-up switching regulator. Its output current can go as high as 75mA while using a single-cell alkaline, and discharge it down to 0.9V. It can also be used for generating 5V at 500mA from a 3.3V rail or a Li-ion battery.
