SGM7SZ32 Description
The SGM7SZ32 is a single two-input OR gate with advanced CMOS technology. The supply voltage pin of this device accepts any voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V. Inputs can tolerate a maximum of 6V, regardless of the supply voltage range.
