SGM8139 Description
The SGM8139 is a low voltage low power analog front end designed for PIR and vibration sensors. This part integrates two high input impedance operational amplifiers, window parator, state control logic, a delay timer, a latch timer, a voltage reference and high current output stages. It can be used in various sensors, delay controllers as well as wake-up circuit in low power consumption systems.
