The ACST10 series belongs to the ACS™/ACST power switch family built with A.S.D.

(application specific discrete) technology.

This high performance device is suited to home appliances or industrial systems, and drives loads up to 10 A.

  • Low IGT (< 10 mA) or high immunity (IGT < 35 mA) version.
  • High noise immunity: static dV/dt > 2000 V/µs.
