L5300EPT General Description

L5300EPT is a low dropout linear regulator with ON/OFF control. In addition, only low value ceramic capacitor is required for stability (above or equal 220 nF). Typical quiescent current is 55 µA in light load conditions. It drops to 5 µA in “not enabled” mode. On-chip trimming results in high outpu.
