The LEXX is a very low-dropout voltage regulator available in SO-8, TO-92 packages and over a wide range of output voltages.

The very low-dropout voltage (0.2 V) and low quiescent current make it particularly suitable for low-noise, low-power applications and in batterypowered systems.
