Description The RHF350 is a current feedback operational amplifier that uses a very high speed plementary technology to provide a bandwidth of up to 410 MHz while drawing only 4.1 m A of quiescent current. With a slew rate of 940 V/µs and an output stage optimized for driving a standard 100 Ω load, this circuit is highly suitable for applications where speed and powersaving are the main requirements.
