General Description

The STOD1412 is a dual DC-DC converter capable of providing a positive and negative voltage from a positive input voltage ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V.

It integrates two complete power stages, one step-up and one inverting, each of which need just one inductor, and input and output capacitor.

The STOD1412 works in PWM mode, switching at a 1.3 MHz frequency, thus reducing the size and values of external components.
