VN808-32-E - Octal channel high-side driver

General Description

The VN808-E and VN808-32-E are monolithic devices, realized in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground.

Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart, protect the device against overload.
