- Per channel short-circuit protection
- Per channel overtemperature protection
- Thermal case protection
- Not simultaneous channel reactivation at Thermal case reset
- All type of loads (resistive, capacitive, inductive load) are driven
- Loss of GND protection
- Undervoltage shutdown with hysteresis
