DESCRIPTION
The MDmesh™ is a new revolutionary MOSFET technology that associates the Multiple Drain process with the pany’s Power MESH™ horizontal layout. The resulting product has an outstanding low on-resistance, impressively high dv/dt and excellent avalanche characteristics.
