SM6801A
Description
The SM6801A is designed for driving LEDs at 100mA. Using linear mode control to regulate LEDs output current, It is able to operate at very wide supply voltage from 5.5V to 45V and withstand transients without the need for additional transient protection circuitry, thus very suitable for single or multiple series LEDs applications.
