Linear Constant Current LED Driver, Fixed 100mA SM6801A GENERAL .
The SM6801A is designed for driving LEDs at 100mA.

SM6801A Features

* 5.5V to 45V input voltage range
* 100mA ±5% constant current driver
* Over temperature protection
* Low dropout voltage maximum at 1.5V
* Vout pin voltage can sustainable up to 50V

SM6801A Applications

* The maximum dropout voltage of 1.5V accommodates extra LEDs, permits lower supply voltage and provides more efficient operation. Besides, The SM6801A also built-in over temperature protection shuts off the LED current when the chip junction temperature rises above 135℃ (typical). Full LED current r
