General Description

Package The SIM6800M/MV series are high voltage 3-phase DIP40 motor drivers in which transistors, a pre-drive circuit, and Mold Dimensions: 36.0 mm × 14.8 mm × 4.0 mm bootstrap circuits (diodes and resistors) are highly integrated.
