Description
The STR3A46x HL/HDL series are power ICs for switching power supplies, incorporating a power MOSFET and a current mode PWM controller IC.
To enhance efficiency in all load ranges, the IC automatically shifts its operation to the green mode or burst oscillation mode, depending on the load. The product achieves high cost-performance power supply systems with few external ponents.
