The new driver generation SKHI 22A/B, SKHI 21A and also SKHI 24 are hybrid components which may directly be mounted to the PCB.

All devices necessary for driving, voltage supply, error monitoring and potential separation are integrated in the driver.

Dual driver for halfbridge IGBT modules.
For 1700 V - IGBT.
Function compatible to SKHI 22B.
5 V input level.
CMOS compatible inputs.
Short circuit protection by VCE monitoring and switch off.
Drive interlock top/bottom.
Isolation by transformers.
Supply undervoltage protection (13 V).
