General Description

The DD313-4 IC is an economical, versatile, and robust device designed to provide cost-effective solution for regulating constant current in applications such as LED lighting over a 4.5 V to 40 V wide range of supply voltage which allows for single supply voltage operation from industry standard 5V, 12 V, 18 V, 24 V, 36 V power rails.

The device is designed to operate as a constant current source.

The output current of DD313-4 (up to 120 mA) is set by an external resistor.
