Characteristic.
The ILD/Q621 and ILD/Q621GB are multi-channel phototransistor optocouplers that use GaAs IRLED emitters and high gain NPN silicon phototransistors. These devices are constructed using over/under leadframe optical coupling and double molded insulation.
