SC9364 is 8051 MCU manufactured by Silan Microelectronics.
DESCRIPTION
SC9364 adopts 8051 structure, integrates 64K- 8FLASH, 8K- 8RAM, LDO and RTC modules also provides the function modules of DTS, I2C, UART, SPI, ADC, LCD, etc. which are applicable in desk-top audio and car audio control.
