SA33103
Description
The SA33103 is a synchronous step-down controller capable of generating output voltages from 0.7V to 15V by driving external high and low side NMOS transistors. The user can adjust the switching frequency from 200kHz to 1.0MHz via an external resistor, and synchronization with an external clock is supported.
