SY20341
Description
The SY20341 is a dual-output, high efficiency 2MHz synchronous step down DC/DC regulator, capable of delivering up to 1.0A and 1.5A for channel 1 and channel 2. The SY20341 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
