SY26532
Description
The SY26532 high efficiency DC-to-DC step-up regulator operates using current mode control, and can deliver 2A current over a wide input voltage range from 3V to 30V. It integrates an N-channel MOSFET with low 200mΩ RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss.
