Description

The Si8220/21 is a high-performance, functional upgrade for optocoupled drivers, such as the HCPL-3120 and the HPCL-0302 providing 2.5 A of peak output current.

50 ns propagation delay (independent of input drive current).
14x tighter part-to-part matching versus opto-drivers.
