SC1621 is multi-function LCD driver manufactured by SilvanChip.
Description LCD 驱动电路 The SC1621 is a 128 dots (32x4), memory mapping, and multi-function LCD driver. The S/W con-figuration feature of the SC1621 makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only three or four lines are required for the interface between the host controller and the SC1621. The SC1621 contains a power down mand to reduce power consumption.
