  • Operation Voltage: - System oscillator = 30kHz - 4MHz, VDD = 2.4V - 6.0V - System oscillator = 30kHz - 8MHz, VDD = 4.5V - 6.0V.
  • 12 CMOS Bi-directional I/O Pins.
  • Built-in Pull-high/Pull-low Resistor for PORTA-PORTC.
