General Description
The SH67L19 is a single chip micro-controller integrated with 4K mask ROM, SRAM, timer, PSG, alarm, RFC, EL-light, LCD driver, I/O ports.
This chip builds in a dual-oscillator to enhance the total chip performance.

- Dual clock sources: The SH6610C-based single-chip 4-bit micro-controller - OSC: Crystal oscillator: 32.768kHz, RC oscillator: with LCD driver 32kHz or 131kHz. (selected by Code Option) ROM: 4K X 16 bits - OSCX: Ceramic oscillator: 455kHz, RC oscillator: RAM: 256 X 4 bits 262kHz or 500kHz (400kHz - 600kHz). (Selected by Operation Voltage: 1.2V - 1.7V system register) 4-Level subroutine nesting (include interrupts) Instruction cycle time: One 8-bit Timers with pre-divider circuit - 122.07µs for 32.
