The SPX2815 is a low power positive-voltage regulator designed to satisfy moderate power requirements with a cost effective, small footprint solution.

Three Terminal Adjustable or Fixed 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V.
Low Quiescent Current.
Low Dropout Voltage of 1.1V @ 1.5A.
0.1% Line and 0.1% Load Regulation.
Stable with 10uF Ceramic Capacitor.
Overcurrent and Thermal Protection.
Available Packages: TO-252, TO-220, and TO-263.
