  • Linear output power for IEEE 802.11ac 256-QAM, EVM < 1.8% = +22 dBm @ 5.0 V.
  • High gain: 32 dB.
  • Power shutdown mode.
  • Superior gain flatness.
  • Fully matched at RF input/output ports.
  • Load insensitive power detector.
  • Small footprint QFN (20-pin, 4 x 4 mm) SMT package (MSL3, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020).
