The SKY13408-465LF is a GaAs pHEMT single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) high power switch with 50 Ω terminated outputs..

50 Ω matched RF ports in all states from 4.5 to 6.0 GHz.
Low insertion loss: 0.7 dB @ 2.5 GHz and 1.1 dB @ 5.85 GHz.
High isolation: 30 dB @ 2.5 GHz and 24.5 dB @ 5.85 GHz.
IP1dB: +34 dBm.
