SMV2026-079LF - Silicon Hyperabrupt Tuning Varactor Diode

Download the SMV2026-079LF datasheet PDF. This datasheet also covers the SMV2026 variant, as both devices belong to the same silicon hyperabrupt tuning varactor diode family and are provided as variant models within a single manufacturer datasheet.

General Description

The SMV2026 series are silicon surface-mount, hyperabrupt tuning varactor diodes, excellent for use as high-Q tuning elements in an RF voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), voltagecontrolled phase shifter, or tunable bandpass filter.

Key Features

  • Low series resistance and leakage current for low phase-noise VCOs.
  • High-capacitance ratio: CT (2 V)/CT (10 V) = 2.0 minimum.
  • Broad 15-V tuning range.
  • Competitive cross to Toshiba 1SV179 varactor diode.
  • SC-79 and ultra-small SOD-882 packages (MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020) Skyworks GreenTM products are compliant with all applicable legislation and are halogen-free. For additional information, refer to Skyworks Definition of GreenTM, document number SQ04.
  • 0074.
