ICX263AL Description
The ICX263AL is a diagonal 28.42mm (Type 1.8) image size interline CCD solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 10.66M effective pixels. This chip can support an output data rate up to 20MHz (max.) and a frame rate of approximately 1.6 frames/second. This chip uses the frame readout method.
