TS393 is Low Power Low Offset Voltage Dual Comparators manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor.
DESCRIPTION The TS393 is dual independent precision voltage parators capable of single-supply or split-supply operation. The specifications as low as 2.0 m V make this device an excellent ground level with single-supply operation. Input offset-voltage selection for many applications in consumer automotive, and It is designed to permit a mon mode range-to- industrial electronics.
