XC6233 Series ETR03066-004 200mA High Speed LDO Voltage Regulator with Inrush Current Prevention.

Key Features

  • high accurate high ripple rejection and low dropout. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limiter, a phase compensation circuit and an inrush current prevention circuit. The output voltage is selectable in 0.05V increments (Accuracy ±1%) within the range of 1.2V to 3.6V. The CE function enables the circuit to be in stand-by mode as well as the electric charge at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal switch, and the VOU.
