The TB62211FNG is a two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver using a PWM chopper controlled by clock input.
Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB62211FNG is rated at 40 V/1.0 A. The on-chip voltage regulator allows control of a stepping motor with a single VM power supply.
