TB62215AFG/FTG/FNG/HQ TOSHIBA BiCD Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TB62215AFG, TB62215AFTG TB62215AFNG, TB62215AHQ CLOCK-in controlled Bipolar Stepping Motor Driver The TB62215A is a two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver using a PWM chopper.
