Overview

TC62D723FTAG TOSHIBA CDMOS Integrated Circuit Silicone Monolithic TC62D723FTAG 16-Output constant current LED driver with the output gain control function and the PWM grayscale function 1.General The TC62D723FTAG is LED drivers which have the sink-type constant current output.

The output gain control function of 8-bit and the PWM grayscale function of 16, 14, 12, and 10-bit are built into this IC.

Output current value of 16 channels is set by one external resistance.
