1-Hall sine-wave PWM pre-driver for 3-phase brushless DC motors
1. Outline
The TC78B027FTG is a 1-Hall sine-wave PWM controller for 3-
phase brushless DC motors. N-ch MOSFET can be used as
external FET’s. A non-volatile memory (NVM) and a closed
loop speed control function are incorporated. Cost can be
suppressed without using microcontrollers.

Adjustable driving current for the gate of external MOSFET.
