General The TOSHIBA TLP3431 is a very small outline non-leaded photorelay suitable for surface-mount assembly. The TLP3431 consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET and is housed in a VSON 4-pin package. The TLP3431 features extremely low On-state resistance, enabling it to be used for high-frequency measuring instrument applications. 3. Features (1) Normally opened (1-Form-A) (2) OFF-state output terminal voltage: 20 V (min) (3) Trigger LED current: 3 mA (max) (4) ON-state current: 450 mA (max) (5) ON-state resistance: 1.2 Ω (max), 0.8 Ω (typ.) (6) Output capacitance: 5 pF (typ.
