2. General
TLP628M is a photocoupler that consists of a photo transistor optically coupled to an infrared emitting diode in a 4pin DIP. TLP628M is guaranteed high temperature operation (125 max), with the high Collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) 350 V, it's suitable for use in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and home appliance, include air conditioners. TLP628MF is a lead forming type for the long creepage mounting of TLP628M.
